I think thats something they're doing now. Having big names on the prelims. You get big ratings for it and then it entices people to buy the ppv. Plus Faber seemed happy to be on the prelims. He said he doesn't get a percentage of the ppv and more ppl watch the prelims than the actual ppv so he doesn't care.
