mine had the order status as open. For some reason it won't let me check it on my phone. I was directing to call them at those who haven't placed an order yet though. I saw people saying that their order had shipped already

It's funny how fast FTL/EB sends confirmation and shipping emails compared to NDC. Had to wait a good couple of days to figure out what was going on with my Nike order (cancelled), but these EB and FTL phone orders are clutch. Got shipping from them on a couple of pairs all within 24 hours of ordering .
