"The Last Dance" Michael Jordan & Chicago Bulls Docuseries

.... nothing wrong with people telling their side of the story

It is when it goes against what God (MJ) says.

(See Kwame, Hodges, Ho Grant, Pippen).

Just notice the trend. WHENEVER someone has something to say against MJ, folks want to silence them and discredit their words. (Hell see this thread)

Which is why MJ is not my GOAT.

Phil most likely IS a racist. The playcall stuff, and the Kerr stuff didn’t make any sense tho . And Scottie was selfish in that kukoc moment. But to hear him be honest with how he felt was interesting to hear. Seeing his perspective and true feelings.
I'd rather have the ball in Kukoc hands for clutch shots. He shut down Reggie Miller nasty with that game winner earlier that year. Phil probably racist. Just about every old white guy is whether they know it or not.

Maybe using THAT as evidence of him being racist was a stretch but I damn sure remember this;;

LeBron James of Cleveland Cavaliers slams Phil Jackson for referring to business partners as 'posse'

I’m all for seeing a legit pattern before making judgement.

I mentioned this in the unpopular thread. Phil is a calculated guy, the choosing of his words is not by accident. Look, Phil drafted Kristaps for heavens sake! Phil could be a racist, he could not. He hasn't done enough, or any for that matter, not to be considered one.

So his words in the situations posted on this page wouldn't count as, "any"-thing he has done? Or do words not matter in this?

A pattern is everything. I’ll leave it at that. If a dude keeps walking into a wall, after a while, I’ll start to believe he just likes walking into walls 🤷🏽‍♂️

Pippen’s example is bad, but if he’s saying Phil’s a racist, I’ll believe it. Not a reach with things Phil has said, IMO.

And a huge amount of white Americans are racist, especially if born/raised before a specific year (not too long ago, historically speaking).

I hope Pip is doing alright though. Seemed uncharacteristically aggressive in that clip, never seen him that heated in an interview.

He not racist though....  now you got Luka playing iso ball, Tyler Herro types.... and NBA arenas playing RAP music. As well as ESPN using rap music....  and white women trying to twerk on social media and youtube.

Phil a straight clown. Black kids want to be the “richest”tell me what white kids at private schools or Harvard want? Them white frat kids definitely ain’t driving Benz or exotic cars just because

Yeah. You can tell Pip going through some stuff. Also seems like all the stuff from years and years is getting to him. I thought he was secure in his “legacy” but it appears not so. Also, he’s cashing in on the hot take world.

He’s most likely right that Phil is a racist. That part doesn’t shock me. And the repeated pattern of what Phil has said over the years leads me to believe so.

What was shocking was how Pip was acting, and the example he used. You could tell he knew he wasn’t making any sense at one point, and just getting some old grievances out, but letting ppl know how he really feels about Mike, the bulls etc. That ***** wanted to be traded back in the day in ‘95 :lol. Wanted his “own team” and all the stuff that came with it. Actually kinda similar to KD in a sense. With all the media pressure saying he has to prove he can win on his own team, before they give him credit. That drove KD mad.

Scottie has played nice for the camera post retirement, because it was advantageous to do so at the time. And that was the role he had to play.

We going to hear more and more **** like this. Can’t wait for Kyrie/Bron stuff to finally hit the head in this way. As well as the KD/Steph/Bron etc relationship. And all those parties involved.

“Early in the 1997-1998 season, smack-dab in the middle of their second three-peat run, Scottie Pippen was injured and unhappy. While there had been rumblings of Pippen’s unhappiness previously, it was never spoken about or threatened the way it was at this time.

The cause of Pippen’s displeasure? A letter from then general manager Jerry Krause forbidding Pippen from playing in a charity pickup game. This apparently pushed Pippen to the point of sitting out despite claiming he was more than healthy enough to play and could pass a physical for a potential trade. It was nearly a debacle for the entire Chicago franchise.

Pippen eventually came to his senses and played an integral part in the final leg of the Bulls dynasty run. He returned shortly after the request and, alongside Michael Jordan, led Chicago to the 1998 championship.”

1997

Bruh also wanted a bag, back then (much deserved). I think people think **** was sweet for the Bulls during their run. But it was a lot going on, that kinda got glossed over in time. And they kinda put a good face on it for the media afterwards.

Phil used to say some highly offensive things during the NBA dress code days. Wouldn't put racism past him.

Oh yeah, I been hip to Phil :lol. The play draw up for Kukoc aint the reason he’s probably a racist tho. He been saying slick **** for a long time.

They just found some Comments even before and after the dress code days. Some from his book in the 70s (where this open racism was common for White people). And others in the 90s and up until like 2017 :lol

He like a 75 year old white man. It’s built in for men like him…unless you take the time to unlearn it. We all can see Phil aint ever do that.

Kukoc hitting that shot was the right play, and Scottie being salty, and selfish was a bad look tho :lol.

Well said.

Phil Jackson HATED Allen Iverson (my favorite player) so anything negative said about Jackson is fine with me. **** him :smokin
