Sad thing is, he can run routes. He was WIDE open, on a helluva move. They just gotta fix those hands.
One of those things I'm not sure you can fix.

Who's the best example of someone who had horrible drop issues and fixed them?  (honest question)

Kind of like Tiki Barber with fumbles

Good question, don't know if I know the answer. I would think you can IMPROVE being able to catch a little better at least, but I don't think he'll ever just be a natural pass catcher. But I gotta believe if they work on it with him, he can at least marginally get better. But chances are, they just cut bait and maybe someone will give him a look later, or maybe he'll just die off.

James Jones had horrible drop issues around 09-10 and ended up becoming one of our most sure-handed WR's. Honestly he didn't just improve, he ended up having great hands. Many outstanding catches on top of being sure-handed.

Roddy White was always dropping balls when he came in the league! I think he had the most dropped one season. We then signed Joe Horn and he mentored him. After that he was solid.
That's a pretty good one...  though to be fair I don't think White ever had bad enough drop issues to threaten his career.

Jermaine Kearse had drop big drop issues in college. Doesn't seem to be the case now with Seattle.

You can argue he would be 4th on every team in the division
I mean it comes down to victor cruz and his health.. haven't watched the giants that much to know how he's really playing this year

He's had some big drop days.  See the Packers NFC Championship game, for example.

He's also obviously had some huge catches too, and succeeded above his draft position.

I don't see the Browns winning a game this year, maybe against the Bengals if anything. Probably not tho.

trying to figure out if a Cowboys or Washington loss will be better for the thread 8o

A Dallas loss of course. Tons of Crow to be passed out to Boys fans and the realization that Washington is a legit SB contender will make the thread great again.

If we beat Dallas then we've beaten the best NFC team and the third best (NYG) record wise in the conference on the road. I expect Seattle to become the favorite if Dallas loses tomorrow.
