I thought good Quarterbacks make everyone around them better. It shouldn't matter what pieces you have in place as long as you have a good QB. So you say Quarterbacks need pieces in order to win huh... times have changed.

Bill O Brien is soft. The Raiders defense is gassed and they likely give up that 4th and five and the Texans convert.
