To me Desean has absolutely been an elite deep threat and explosive play guy when healthy and actually playing. Under that one niche skill set I got no problem with Desean sniffing the elite label.

People don't know what elite means obviously. Jackson ain't elite . As someone else stated. 4 or 5 top at the position.

Jackson isn't Elite. I agree with what
sb
said. He isn't washed up either as some would have us believe. Jackson has been balling. His speed clears the defense out so others like Crowder can shine. He's undervalued by NT.

Being an elite player at your position is being an elite player at your position.
Being elite at a skill is being elite at a skill.
Clearly Desean has never been an elite WR in the NFL.
In his prime, a much more reasonable argument could be made that he was an elite deep threat.

Jackson's issues are injuries and motivation.. I fully expect him to play vs the eagles and get 100 plus and a TD

the people dudes hype up or consider washed are funny. Jackson is rated fine in general. A Good deep threat.Jackson isn't Elite. I agree with what
David Carr was a good qb that got ruined by the Texans

I mean I think teddy is serviceable, just not in the ideal situation.. well maybe he is since that defense is beastly.. just think he would be better suited to like the Texans, where you got other teams in domes or warm weather (since he don't got the strongest arm)
