For someone who doesn't respect me, you can't seem to get me out your mouth.

Sounds like a personal issue, I wish you the best with that.

As for me, I don't even know you from any other member on here and like I've already repeated twice, could give a damn what you think.

This obviously means a lot more to you than me so I hope this response was long enough to satisfy your thirst.

If he doesn't let us know by kickoff does he automatically default back to Lions fan?

I think the way that soccer player and kap took a knee last time was a much more respectful way to protest then to just sit on the bench behind everyone like he did before

Stop it.

**** having respect for a flag that represents a country with the moral fabric of the USA.

You sound eerily close to those who care more about a "nation", which is just a series of laws and government, than actual people.

How about the country finds some "respect" for blacks?
I'm sorry but people who say the moral fabric of the United States like we're the worst place in the world are moronic.
Our country has a much less hateful and horrible history than essentially every other country on earth. Just food for thought before you go spitting off pretending like the USA has wronged you and your $150 somehow
But 9/11 definitely isn't the day to sit. Wait until week 2.
I'm really not one to keep score when it comes to atrocious acts and the various evils of the world but my God you are ignorant.

Do some research? On what?
You're the guy who brought up the "Moral fabrics" of a country when **** is much worse in nearly every other nation in the world.  Go try to pull your basement protesting on a social media website in Russia, try talking about the history of inequalities in nations like Australia where racial issues are much worse.  The sudden explosion of all the "woe is me" victim carding in post Bruce Jenner transformation America is ridiculous. How about you go do something to promote equality across all levels yourself instead of being an ignorant dumbass online whining and *****ing all the time about how we need to drag the flag on the ground and disrespect everything? No, that'd be too hard for you. You'd rather use those chubby fingers to select your starting lineup for this weeks games and preach to all of your "friends" on Niketalk, right?

Must have taken you a long time to come up with all of these super smart, witty replies right?

People will never learn to get along unless everyone tries. Being straight up disrespectful =/= equal treatment for anyone, in any case, ever.

I'll let you walk off since you're obviously so upset at what I have to say about you.  Hey, maybe if you reply with a slightly edgy comment again you'll make someone here proud enough and you'll earn some e-street cred? Who knows.

My God you are ignorant.
Name five countries with better cultural blending and respect for all races and genders than us.  While we aren't perfect, we're far from what we're painted to be.  In a country with 303 MILLION people, a few hundred wrongful deaths is really a drop in the ocean compared to the horrible atrocities that plague countries across Asia, Europe, Africa, and South America on the reg.

People fail to realize that a minority does not share the same opinions of the majority.  A few racist cops suddenly means all cops are racist... all cops are racist turns into all white people are racist... then we're just raising another generation based on hate. Nothing will change from that.

Sad because you would think that the younger generation would be able to see through the BS that patriotism/nationalism is made up of but alas.

But you don't even have the life experience or world view to remotely understand what you're talking about.

I'm not even trying to come at you because of your age but I honestly don't know how else to put it.

That's just wrong, man.  You think that Civil Rights protesters were being "respectful" by the standards of the day?  No way.

I actually have a positive view of the United States and our history despite the wrongs we have done.  But what you're saying is totally offbase.

And pointing out and trying to end racism isn't "raising a generation based on hate".  Kaepernick is protesting against hate.

yeah. Just cause we have it good compared to a lot of other place doesn't mean ish and we can't complain or get mad about the bad. That's nonsense.
CHARLES WOODSON PICKS OAKLAND RAIDERS TO WIN SUPER BOWL
by Nick Hjeltness  5 minutes ago Follow @nickhjeltness
ESPN’S COMMENTATORS AND ANALYSTS HAVE MADE THEIR PREDICTIONS FOR THE 2016 NFL SEASON. CHARLES WOODSON HAS BOLD PREDICTIONS FOR THE OAKLAND RAIDERS.
ESPN’s cast of commentators have announced their predictions for the 2016 NFL season, including AFC and NFC champions, Super Bowl winner and league MVP.

Charles Woodson, a man who needs no introduction, has picked the Oakland Raiders to not only win the AFC Championship, but also the Super Bowl. He also picked Khalil Mack to win league MVP.

Woodson is the only ESPN employee of the 42 listed to pick a Raider in any of the categories, unsurprisingly. The list also includes Jon Gruden, who picked the Green Bay Packers over the Pittsburgh Steelers for the Super Bowl, and Aaron Rodgers to win MVP.

Woodson’s prediction *might* have some bias (okay, it definitely has some bias) but we won’t hold him against it. Annie Apple (mother of Eli Apple) picked her son’s New York Giants to win the Super Bowl, with Eli Manning earning MVP. And Randy Moss picked the New England Patriots to win the Super Bowl, although that one can be justified.

Mack winning MVP would really be something. A defensive player hasn’t won the award since Lawrence Taylor in 1986, and only two have ever done so.

Here are some notes about the rest of the predictions:

11 commentators predicted that the Seattle Seahawks will win it all. The Packers had nine votes and the Patriots had six. The Arizona Cardinals and the Steelers each earned five votes.

As for Conference Championships, the Patriots (17 votes) and the Steelers (15) are favored to win the AFC, while the Packers (16) and the Seahawks (15) are favored in the NFC. Russell Wilson (12), Aaron Rodgers (11) and Ben Roethlisberger (7) earned the most votes for league MVP.

The thing about police brutality is this...

I don't care what color the cop is when he murders someone. If his colleagues won't call him out then they are all guilty. The few cases of police brutality that have been documented recently is a problem that's gone on for decades.

For example my main chick is white from North Carolina. She has a rap sheet a mile long. She has told me of stories where she's been pulled over driving with her ex husband in the passenger seat and white friend in the back. The cop stops them then proceeded to press her black husband for ID etc. the two white occupants that included her as the driver aren't spoken to. It's real out here depending on where your located. American experience isn't the same for everyone.
