@RGIII

Set the record straight. My marriage failed. No home wrecking/cheating. So stop coming at my girl and my daughter with that nonsense. Thanks

brock hasn't looked good tho.

so he kinda can say it.

This was the first game where he looked very bad and everything was pretty much on him (not including terrible line play). Hopkins and Fuller dropping wide open passes/TDs in the 1st game was the difference in him having 2 TDs and 230yds vs 4 TDs and over 300yds. Sort of the same with the second game. What Elway did was the equivalent of saving a slander tweet in the drafts and waiting on a mess up. "Ah HA! See! Look! Look! I told you!" is what that was :lol. It also helps that Elway is winning right now with Siemian. You know he'd be extra quiet if they were 0-2 instead of 2-0.

Robert is fed up. Next he's going to come with the slander.

Elway on Osweiler: "A lot of times those deals you don't make are the best ones" http://wp.me/p14QSB-a7S6

I've stuck up for Don Elway the GM in past conversations, and he proved last year that his method of building a winner works. So...good for him. I respect the flexing.

Shame on all of you though.

Any time Don Elway starts flexing through these quotes, there's only one proper follow-up...

THIS WON'T EVER GET OLD.

I don't think Trevor will get it done, Bradford could have been had for a 4th

He's the perfect QB for the Broncos

The drop off between what Osweiler and Trevor/Paxton to them is worth the massive price difference. Especially since they were kinda sweatin to get that Von deal done. I imagine Bradford was the same issue.

Hands on the hips, sticking his chest out, and that famous grin on his face. Then he starts off the conference by thanking himself sdf;jeth;glaslifjdsjfljsd;kjsadf

I love it. I know the boy @Ballerific703 agrees too.

...

BUT...here's how my silly *** mind works...

If I were Brock, I'd hit him with some petty **** like
Elway on Osweiler: "A lot of times those deals you don't make are the best ones"
Don't play me like you didn't choose me, John. Reality settled in and you went up to $15M a year, but I was so fed up with y'all I took the highest offer and never looked back.

Sometimes we happen to miss out on the best deals too. You should know better than me
John Elway missed out on $444 million by turning down Broncos stake in 1999
The Denver Broncos are valued at $2.4 billion, making them the 11th-most valuable NFL franchise, according to Forbes.

In 1998, John Elway was given an opportunity to own a substantial piece of that wealth, but, according to ESPN’s Darren Rovell, Elway declined, which turned out to be a costly decision.

Owner Pat Bowlen offered a 10 percent share of Broncos ownership for $15 million. Bowlen, who was tight on cash then, also gave Elway the option to buy another 10 percent of the club by foregoing the $21 million salary Bowlen owed him. Elway would have been named Bowlen’s special assistant as a stepping stone to a promised chief operating officer position.

Using Forbes‘ NFL franchise valuation, that 20 percent stake in the club for $36 million would yield Elway an unrealized capital gain of $444 million.

Elway essentially missed out on $444 million in exchange for $36 million. In hindsight, he’s probably kicking himself for not accepting the offer.

Bowlen offered him the right of first refusal if any other ownership stake was put up for sale to anyone other than a Bowlen family member. The downside risk was essentially non-existent. In years two through five of the deal, Elway would have had the option of re-selling his stake to Bowen for $42 million plus eight percent interest per year.

[...]

By Jan. 5, 2011, Elway was named executive vice president of football operations. Elway ended up in the same spot of having full authority to shape the Broncos, but his pocket book is much lighter by the route that he chose.

Oh for sure. Elway ain't going broke time soon. He's still the Don. It was just my way of replying to pettiness with a lil' pettiness of my own.

...

Although I'm sure it's gotta sting, even a little bit, to know you could've been worth at least 3x as much as you are right now...and there were basically no downsides to taking the deal. That was a risk averse offer from a generous Pat Bowlen.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, I was waiting for you to post that Elway clip. That **** busts me up every time. That one and the Brock getting his helmet clip.

Was that the last time a player was offered shares? Not counting Brady.

Just watched Gronk on Ridiculousness. That guy is a true meathead. Said he would fight or play sports all day with his brothers, then eat all the food his mom would prep and his dad would get home ask where's his dinner. Hahahahha. Also said he's blacked out hundreds of times playing football.

:lol

Thats crazy Elway didnt do that stake deal back in 1999. Buggin' and sounds like some stupid **** someone would do in that show "Ballers"

just saw the ASJ footage. How you talk yourself into a DUI like that? :lol :{

Did the cop literally tell him he was getting off with a warning but he kept talking to incriminate himself?
