Disappointing loss.
Defense was the defense and for once, the offense couldn't get anything going. Perfect storm that was just waiting to happen at some point.
Skins will need some help going forward if they want to make the playoffs. They went from a team that really controlled their own destiny, to a team that now has to scoreboard watch.

Gotta go defense heavy in the draft.
In thinking about the starters, these would be the only guys worth keeping - Norman, Kerrigan, Baker, Murphy, Cravens.
Jury is still out on Breeland (played better last night, but season has gone about as poorly as one could imagine,) P. Smith (regressed this year...needed more from him,) and Fuller.
They gotta cut ties with the dead weight. Some of these guys are no better than depth and have no business starting OR being on the roster. Whitner, Foster, Compton, Blackmon, Ihenacho, Jenkins, etc.
In looking at the draft and free agency, the key will be to getting a coordinator in here who can get the most out of his guys with technique and scheme. Joe Barry ain't it.
ILB and S should be a priority.
This team is a mediocre defense away from being a CONSISTENT 10+ win squad.
