It's not hard to understand, I just explained that I do.

Idk why a lot of you feel the need to defend the NFL's dangerous and archaic practices just because they made the rules. Just because it's a rule doesn't mean it's even close grounded in science or correct morally.

You say painkiller like its that simple yet we have so much evidence of Toradol ruining players quality of life when marijuana can be just as effective for managing pain without the side effects.

"Perscribed from a Doctor" good one champ. :lol

A doctor that is employed by the team/NFL and works specifically for their interest and not in that of the player.

Saying something is archaic, stupid and self serving doesn't mean I don't get that it's a rule, you're the one that's misunderstanding.

If you get hurt and go to the doctor does your personal doctor prescribe you medical marijuana?

If you have a bad injury weed is nowhere close to being strong enough to take the pain away.

Yes, in states where it's legal for medical it's described for all levels of pain from serious back surgery to cancer.

You obviously not that educated on it or Toradol.

You can smoke all the weed you want and sit at a desk from 9-5 or you not smoke weed and be a millionaire athlete
This phrase seems so outdated to me like I would kill to only work from 9-5, that sounds awesome.  Do people still do that or is it just b/c I live in NYC?

I'm straight 9-5 unless I have an event or something

Yep

Dudes don't understand stuff like Toradol.

I've had doctors tell me that stuff is bad for you but yet NFL allows it. :lol

The NFL will ban PEDs and street drugs because they are "bad" for you or hurt the integrity of the game.

It's f****** ridiculous!

Too real

Man.. This could get ugly real quick.. I have no clue how dude doesn't see ghost out there.. 2 back surgeries already, multiple collar bone surgeries..

36 and didn't dude just have a kid or kids?

I mean you gotta respect the grit from dude.. And even as someone who hates the boys, obviously.. But this could get ugly

Was listening to the recent Bill Simmons podcast with Malcolm galdwell, I really wonder how many of these dudes are on EPO

The benefits are obvious across all sports.. And unless you over do it, it's not bad for you

I mean I wouldn't put it past NFL players to be on any and everything but EPO seems to benefit more sports like Cycling which are far more heavily cardio dependent than Football.

NFL has so little actual time of play compared to the riding time of a cyclist, I feel like it's much more about being able to generate explosive power over the course of a minute than hour level stamina.

Everything that goes into football I could see it making sense.. 2 and 3 a days in the summer heat on most levels.. Weight lifting thrown in

Your body getting beat up on all levels and gotta have energy for the end of the week.. Basketball and soccer I could especially see it.. Rugby

But with the amount you have to work out, I could see the benefits in most sports.. Even sprints

And making it to the 4th after the beating you take on a down to down basis

Basketball and Soccer I could definitely see a lot of the top guys especially on EPO.

But yea summertime football is brutal but there still is a lot of rest time in between.

With the amount of HGH/Roids these guys are on combined with in between recovery time, I'm not really sure EPO would give them that much of an edge.

It's more for improving aerobic capacity over long periods of exercise and that just doesn't happen that much in football.

@CP1708 @im that one

on a serious note, how did Tanne look tonight? i saw the stat line but want to know how he actually looked to you guys

Fair minus two tipped passes. Couple drops as well, but nothin atrocious.

29 passes by half tho.....losin Miller is going to cost us, big. Our backs aren't getting ****

I thought he looked solid. The INT came from interior pressure and a good LB play to get his hand up. Other than that his reads were good, decision making was good and he was throwing some dimes. I liked the no huddle, defense was dying out there. Towards the end of the second he had a lot of time in the pocket. Never seen that since he was drafted in Miami.

What I liked even better was the fact, for the most part, the line was gelling pretty well, and that is with Pouncey on the sideline. The back up center, who's never played center, did a damn good job except for one snap. They looked a lot better than the last few weeks, I don't recall the Falcons having an inferior line so that remains to be seen.

Didn't like all the drops, it's been a bit of a pattern lately but I'm chalking it up to guys are thinking too much about the new offense and new routes. We will see mid-season form.

word. thanks guys. want to pay a lot more attention to him this year given that he's such a big topic around here :lol

Thank you for this since DeadsetAce DeadsetAce thought I was trolling with that question :lol

thought this was headed towards Belichick, Illumnati, conspiracy, triangle, etc ******** :lol

I'm 8-5...what are your hours?
