Excellent post. The fuel of Kaepernick's stance in some ways backfired and brought out a lot of people who may have voted otherwise.I told my friends this yesterday, the whole Kaep saga got Trump voters to the booths, I never underestimated this for a second and always believed it was a huge factor in the ratings decline
I still never expected Trump to get elected, I think there is also a lot of blindly loyal Republicans who didn't agree with Trump but still voted for because he is their party and people are puppets
They always need an excuse to justify their ********.Colin Kaeperick made white people racist?
Yes they still exist and they vote whether or not he exists, but don't underestimate or deny his influence in the eyes of some who went to the polls because of what he broadcasted. That's just ignorant.

If Colin Kaepernick never existed...those same trailer trash rednecks and conservative yuppies would have voted Trump just based off of 8 years of a black president alone.
But nah...a backup QB got ppl out to the polls.
Thank you.if you want to think like a simpleton, more power to you
if you don't think Kaepernick's stance fueled low end racists to get to the voting booths than you are just naïve

I get your point. I do. But Kaep's name is coming up because he's a celebrity who happens to play for a billion dollar league which broadcasts a product and service across millions of televisions. Anyone in his position comfortable and sharing his or her views is getting exposure by the media. The media is publishing it. People pick up the article or news and read it and those few seconds of attention may spark some reaction. I just think it's ignorant to think that his stance doesn't draw some kind of response. That's all I'm saying. I'm not saying you are wrong i'm just playing the fence.
You ****** kill me.
White racism manifests itself through the world of politics as it always has, but sure...let's point the finger at the black athlete and say he "fueled" it. The black guy who called out racism may be "responsible" for a few thousand votes. And then you call him out for not participating in the complete ******** that you believe in called "voting" as if that somehow invalidates his stance.
White people being white people and we wanna sit up here and try to rope Kaep into this.
Get the entire **** outta here. Kaep name shouldn't even be coming up right now.
Romo throwing 3 picks in the Divisional round while Dak breaks a clipboard, book it.

And no it's not a Elite, just a Game.... I ain't spending that much on a player until he signs a long-term deal and makes a Pro BowlThat would go great with a real mini skirtI finally committed to copping
Is that an Elite?
How do you feel about Belichick and his support for Trump? I asked @Rolaholic this question and he certainly looks at Belichick in a different light...people keep saying, "don't worry, he's all talk and it's going to be another 4 years of nothing getting done in Washington". while i don't even agree with that sentiment, that's not even the point. it's the fact that 60M people thought, "this man can lead our country". how sway?
everyone can poke fun at NFL players or owners voting trump. that's not the issue. it's that the group of americans that actually represent the true american people voted this guy into office. shame, man.
