My biggest concern is to replace McCarthy with who? I don't want to be apart of that league wide cycle of swapping mediocre coaches. I feel our odds will be better off hoping the guy who's made 7 or 8 consecutive playoff appearances and a Super Bowl will figure it out. Hoping the guy who's built a decade of chemistry and success with Rodgers will figure it out. That's our best option imo. I mean since McCarthy has been the Packers head coach he's tied with Belichik with the most amount of playoff appearances and they have the same amount of Super Bowls wins.
