Non-disclosure aspect is definitely legal and enforceable..

The abortion part is a lil iffey, but I'm very tempted to say that would be very legal and enforceable too.. it's not like you're asking her to do something illegal

And they are a lil more lenient with those sort of things state side than in other jurisdictions

I guess it comes down to if abortion is legal in that place

For example, prenup are simply persuasive arguments in commonwealth jurisdictions.. but I've seen legal trusts with some pretty screwed up stuff in it pertaining to people's actions

But I feel like you can't force someone to abort. By enforceable I mean feds knocking down her doors with metal coat hangers if she breached the contract.
Either way courts are very female friendly when it comes to baby drama so she may claim duress or undue influence to void the contract altogether.

I'm not saying force.. but I'm saying I'm pretty sure, you can come to a contractual agreement regarding the action

If she backs out, we'll she doesn't get the money.. the NDA could have other ramifications

They also might get her to sign something forfeiting child support claims later on
