Joe did it to himself. He gave Flip a crazy sweet deal with that. Before Flip would take days off out the blue and not get paid like any other job. Then other things happened and Joe let Flip rock doing his own thing and kept paying him the same.

A few months ago Flip was telling Ian he was doing a soft departure or some bs when she was going all over the country like it was nothing

He was projecting and defending himself. He was speaking from experience to someone.

Had no clue about those two.

I always do a quick google on stories I don't know about before forming any sort of opinion.

Shorty is a little older than him and used to be a prostitute. She was a prostitute during their marriage. She didn't quit until the 2020's.

He probably sees her as part of the problem. No dude who has self esteem and isn't on drugs is going to get with a sex worker.

If that very important detail is left out of the discussion. The whole discussion is invalid.
