The College Basketball Post

What's the consensus on the Zeller brothers? Which one is better?

Is Cody really worth a lottery pick? Can he be a starting front-court player?

Cody the best all around, but for some reason I honestly think Tyler's tougher i.e. more ready to play the center position in the NBA.

He can get up and down the court and has touch around the basket plus a little range 10-15 feet out. However the Syracuse game showed he struggles with any kind of physicality. It's only gonna get more difficult banging in the L.

I'm just really not a Cody Zeller fan. I feel like Tyler will have a better year when it's all said and done... just feel like he has the competitiveness to not back down to bigger guys. Just think, that's ALREADY a problem for him in college.. just wait til..

Tarik Black is 15 minutes or 5 fouls. Whichever comes first.

I hate the fact that Cody has no semblance of a jump hook. He's going to have to be a pick and pop and face up guy. Those dives and dips turning him into a 6'5 player didn't fly against better competition in college and won't in the NBA.

Apparently alot of surprising names have reached out to Duke about interest in transferring. Thank you Mason

But that's why I think its correctable his issues...Cody is very cordinated and a fluid athlete, with NBA coaching developing better post moves, learning to stay more upright are really correctable things. Also, he flashed a jump shot at times this year but didn't really fully develop it yet which he'll def do in the league.

He has his flaws but I still think Cody is a more than serviceable big guy in this league.

But isn't this incredibly fixable?

He has great footwork and scoring instincts, I understand he's got alligator arms but in my mind, Cody Zeller could be a steal at 10 at below if he goes to the right team, with the right attitude towards player development.

Could be and someone at IU has some explaining to do, but I just don't see a post game coming from him. Been the same guy in that regard for a while now.

Tyler ennis is like a MCW clone but with more ability.

only thing is if he doesnt work harder on D, coach B gonna sit his ***

& i would like to take a moment and pause that last sentence.

Have you seen him play?

Tyler Ennis game doesn't really bare any resemblance to MCW, besides being 3 inches shorter, significantly less athletic and not nearly the defender, Tyler is an excellent shooter, low turn over guy who works primarily out of the pick and roll.

I have no idea where you got this Micheal carter Williams comparison.

yea i see ennis as more as a Kendall Marshall / CP3 role player, not athletic but know hows to make a shot for himself played with him and he is cool

"Thought"

He was a cool dude in my book and I was only familiar with him from his posts in S&T and Henz's crazy iPad story, which I vaguely remember anyway. You know you can enlighten and inform people w/o trying to be an a-hole, right?

Martin twins will play at Oak Hill next year

Watched him play in the hs invitational games last week. I think they play similar.

My opinion. I've heard others say the same also. **** ill admit, both players being lightskinned and taller than average pg's helps with the comparison. You say they arent similar at all but yet people compare him to a pass first pg's....which MCW clearly is also. So please again, know what your talking about first fam.

The RoOk has spoken. All pass first PGs can be compared to each other, duh. Ennis is goin to be really good. Wish we would've landed his brother for next year.

Sean Kilpatrick announced that's he coming back, as if he had a choice.

Significantly less athletic than MCW? Wow :eek

Can he run?

MCW a good athlete, his weak handle just obscures it imo.

Tyler is slightly above average, just doesn't have the lateral quickness that MCW has.
