Recruiting is nice, but you still have to be able to live up to expectations, retain 3 and 4 year players and develop guys.
People thought duke were really going to run things when they kept getting all those top classes post 2015.
since that tweet, UNC is 5-4 against duke, winners of the regular season ACC title and tournament, 2 final fours, and 1 championship.
