I was a little surprised to see Manziel slip to No.22, but the Browns did a nice job trading up to land him. Not only that they also were able to trade the No.4 pick for the No.9 pick and the Bill's first round pick next year. A very solid draft day.

Cp trying to make it sound like a travesty that the browns traded up 1 pick after trading back. Overall they had a great first round. Maybe they didn't have to do that deal with the Vikings considering there was little probability Minnesota takes Gilbert

Exactly how I feel. Cleveland had a great first round simply because they were able to get another 1st for next year. The picks they made were appropriate given the slots and the Minnesota trade wasn't good but it definitely wasn't terrible.
