Willem Dafoe was the main reason why I liked and own the original. If he were included in this sequel, I would be hyped as well...but he isn't.

OG has to be one of the most overrated films of all time. Nothing original from the idea to the script.

It is overrated but what does originality have to do with anything? The first follows an archetype - the vigilante film (think Death Wish). Without archetypes, there would be no horror genre.

Originality is overrated. Word to the brand Ms. Acosta is wearing in your avy.

i actually liked it better than the 1st. but a lot of that has to do with watching the 1st one sooo mnay times. it was nice to the same actors with a differentstory.

people was expecting this movie to be a oscar caliber type movie.

all i wanted to see was teh saints merkin fools again..movie was sweet

getting the both blu rays march 9th

and by both on me bds1 and bds2.

I haven't watched all of it but from what I did watch, it seems to be a good follow up to the first. People are praising the first to be so ground breaking and raw when in reality it was a couple of dudes with horrible accents shooting up bad guys with horrible accents and getting these crazy characters up in the mix. Why would anyone else expect more from the 2nd one? Both movies are action/comedies.

there's a few (comedic) scenes i felt like they were trying too hard to be funny. but that be da only flaw(s) IMO
