We needed roster spots for potential depth and actual players that can play (ala, not Dorsey). Denver helped us in unloading players that we did not value (except for maybe Nick) and in return we give up a protected first and gain a 2nd round pick (which should be high) so pretty much a wash.

Oh yeah, nvm we got Lawson also. And potentially Alan Williams and Chuck Hayes to fill out the roster.

I can't believe Denver didn't even get an UNprotected 1st for TY. It's hard to be a nuggets fan these days with Tim Connelly in charge. SMDH
