Live how you want, but I'd rather die at 60 than give up my favorite foods, even for a yearYea, he'll definitely regret living a healthier lifestyle and possibly putting together the best season of his career during a contract year.
thats fat people logic. i used to think like that as well then i realized its just not worth it and stopped liking junk food.
ditching fried chicken, or any food really, would probably be the biggest regret of my life for sure

really is ..There's so many different types of good food out there these days that I think people overestimate how hard it is to give up certain things. Like, for example, I've loved bread my whole life. When other kids would snack on cookies, chips, etc., I'd be eating a piece of sourdough toast. But I got heavier than I wanted to be when I was in my 30s and went to a low-carb diet. Was surprised how little I missed bread . . . and pasta.
Also, since my son became a vegetarian, I've been eating much less meat than I used to. I probably eat vegetarian now like 90 percent of the time (I don't count fish as a meat when I say that). Again, I miss meat a lot less than I thought I would. If prepared correctly, there's a ton of vegetarian dishes that are delicious and very satisfying.
It's just a combo of laziness and conditioning tbh
Something that's nasty to me now is how I used to go to bball practice (middle school and even early years of HS) and have McDonald's right after :x
In the summer this was daily
I still love McDonald's breakfast
