Maybe it's because I live in LA but I hardly run into anyone out here in LA who doesn't love Kobe, especially with his career winding down.
After Lebron started winning championships, I really stopped seeing a lot of Lebron "hate." Like I said, his profile is so likeable now that they almost gave him the finals MVP in a loss. Granted he was historically great, but still.

Like NT is the only place where when Lebron comes up, literally no one acknowledges the greatness. Just flat out hate. And it's absolutely hate because there's no mention of anything but the negatives

not saying its a universal truth but every lebron fan i know in real life is a pansy or band wagoner
one of my best friends is from ohio and is a huge cavs fan and he's indifferent about lebron (hated him in miami, isnt really a fan of him now)

Yeah its where we from. You from la la. I'm sgv and Kobe is like a god round here and its hella rare that I see someone with an lj jersey. All the dudes I play ball with at different places when we chopping it up about ball its rare to find a lj fan.

Please people acknowledge his "greatness" all the time here, it's just that he didn't invent the wheel nor just gets to zoom by his contemporaries just cause he puts up stats. Just like that little fat *** PG and he don't eem have any hardware.
