Where's Dewhickey now? I'd really like to see a convo between him and Bravelude.

iggy shot 53% finals mvp

kawaii shot 62% finals mvp

dat lebron defense dough :hat

aint eem tired from guarding lebron dough :hat

how you gon let your man get finals mvp in two straight years, might as well call them your daddies

Come on man those guys were averaging like 16 ppg stop it :lol  Let's not act like they were giving Bron baskets left and right.

Also Im pretty sure Lebron didn't guard Andre for the most of those points...I remember him hitting wide open shots vs Mozgov.

This. Warriors had curry and igoudala to score while the cavs had only shumpert as a good back court defender as kyrie got sidelined.
Anyway, the cavs need to improve their defensive play overall to make the opponent work harder like gary payton and scottie pippen in the mid 1990s.
Unfortunately, the nba wants more spectacular plays so they now play less tough defense to have more high scoring games.

They certainly didn't run enough plays for JR.

Having Lebron be in MyPlayer mode doesn't work in an actual game. lol

dont blame the league for a players refusal to play defense

defense wins championships and its clear that this fraud cares more about stat padding than actually winning

Ah man, the interview was pretty short

Shaq seems like the one trying to really show that every thing's cool, almost groveling to him. Kobe more like, yeah cool man. Lol

My guess when Kobe is done him and Shaq will sell a tell all interview to one of these stations. s Stephen A. Smith will do the interview. But I wonder how much Simmons could get HBO to pay for it. Plus a UNCENSORED one makes more sense. Not Disney doing it and giving us clips through out a slow Sunday.

Has there ever been an athelete in any era, any sport, who did not think their era was "tougher" than the current? :lol

Shaq has his own podcast? That must be the worst.

There's a few that I've heard over the years, but they're definitely the exception and not the rule.

D. Russell type to give zero dambs:

“There’s a lot of spoiled Lakers fans. I wasn’t downgrading Kobe at all,” Russell said Saturday in an interview with the Los Angeles News Group. “I was just watching a highlight tape of Tracy McGrady and I got excited. I tweeted and the whole state of California went crazy.”

AD[irk]?

SLAM: There was a video out a few weeks ago with you working on your three-point shot. Can we expect you to step out and take more going forward?

AD: I’m going to mix it up. I love playing down low, but at the same time, if the opportunity is there; I’m definitely going to take them. That’s one thing for sure that coach Gentry has told me—“Shoot the ball,” “Let it go.” I’ve been working on it and I’m very confident in my game.

I’ve shot three’s all my life. I didn’t really need to shoot them over the past few years as much, but I’m never going to turn down shooting threes, especially if the coach tells me he wants me to shoot them. It’s something that I’ve definitely been working on. I definitely plan on utilizing it this year.

Bucher reporting on T. Thompson:

A league source tells me that his agent, Rich Paul, has already made it clear to the Cleveland Cavaliers that Thompson will not sign a long-term deal unless it is a max deal. And otherwise, he is prepared to sign a one-year qualifying offer with the additional knowledge, according to the source, that Paul believes that he can get a max deal with the Raptors next summer.
