Dwight didnt leave money on the table

Dwight didnt like kobe

And K Love seems thrilled to be playing with LeBron, right?

Look man, nobody's saying Love is definitely gone. But for you to act like it's laughable to even think about is just silly.

I hate 4/5 year contract comparisons,
Pocket watchers
Weren't you the one saying amare should opt out of $20m this year to save the Knicks money?

Saying it was the "real" thing to do

 .....gotta love these fans

Dwight earned more money signing with the Rockets due to no state taxes. I've posted articles on it multiple times.

Maybe so, but based on the quote Vincent posted from Howard that's not how he saw it at the time he made his decision.

Anyway, I think the Cavs bounce back and beat the Raps tonight:

Plus that 5th year of his contract when he signs wherever, will pay him.
It won't be for Free.
That money plus no tax equals coming out ahead, not leaving Money on the table.

If you sign a 4/80 instead of a 5/100, and think you left 20 on the table, well that's as Elementary as it gets, finish school.

Or maybe he was just playing the media/casual fan and knew in the back of his head he was making more.

God I hope you're right.
HE can't be that dumb, right?
He's not an accountant either, so in that sense I can't blame him. But I am positive the Rockets/Mavs pitched him that no state taxes would mean he would come out with more money than re-signing with the Lakers. Not to mention his agent.

If you were the Cavs/LeBron would you trade Kyrie to the Celtics for a package involving Rondo and a couple other pieces? He'd bring that championship attitude and demeanor to them and wouldn't be on some immature **** jacking threes on fastbreaks and causing problems. Their defense would also improve a lot.
If the goal is to win soon...yes. Rondo immediately brings stability and makes them a better team. Unfortunately for them, he can't solve all their BBQ tendencies.

And yeah, it's Rondo + pieces for Kyrie. Kyrie is locked up long-term to a 5 year max. RR is a FA after this season.

You also brought up Rondo "demanding a trade again" in another post. I don't think he's ever done that.

A lot of people say Raymone needs to play pseudo PG or run the ball through him every time on the court...but does he really want that? Isn't that a big part of the reason he went to Cleveland? Dude wasn't thrilled he had to carry so much of the load in Miami during the reg. season when Wade would miss stretches of games.

The Knicks are a mess though. I wouldn't put it past them to lose to a team that does NOT want to win.

There's always a "scrub of the night" who goes off on them and achieves a season/career high. 76'ers are ripe with scrubs. Welp.

knicks aint losing tonight , calderon is a legit PG and he ll turn the knicks around , very good court vision  and killer 3pointer

cavs are winning as well , except lebum loses on purpose to fire blatt

orlando wins against wadeless miami and no norris cole i think , vucevic should have a monster game today

utah also shall win the pelicans , they got strong big men to counter the pelicans who score 50% of their points from the paint

phoenix should win as well , they got problems against teams with good big men  though ( loss vs utah and hornets and only won by 2 the pistons)

:lol :{

Does playing pg full time mean carrying the load? Kyrie should come off screens & create, he has tunnel vision when he gets the ball in iso situations, hes a scorer not a facilitator lebron can rely on like d wade

Lebrons gonna get his points regardless but making him the pg & letting him set up the offense every possesion would make the offense run smoother, lebron should never be on the wing watching kyrie iso

LeBron (and Blatt) needs to figure out what to do then.

He doesn't want to handle the ball constantly because it puts too much on him.
He doesn't want to play as the post man constantly.
However, he shouldn't be playing spot up guy in the corner either.

Unless "best player on the team" is just his role and that's it.

What's the point of having guys like Mike Miller and James Jones on this team if they don't play? Miami struggled on offense the entire first year but at least they played defense.

Damn near half the league is under .500. 14 teams to be exact. If Miami drops their next game that could be half the league with a losing record. I wouldn't call that parity but I understand people have different perspectives. For the most part all the playoff teams from last year are on pace to be back this season. In the east you have Atlanta, Milwaukee and orlando in the top 8. We may not be able to guarantee who we'll see in the finals but we know for damn sure who's not gonna make it and the season is hardly a month old.

What's your point? 15 out of 32 NFL teams are at or under .500. 15 out of 30 MLB teams were under .500 this season. Last year, 14 of 30 NBA teams finished below .500. Half the league being at or below .500 is the norm, not an exception. And parity in the NBA isn't the same as parity in the NFL. While the playoff teams may resemble what we saw last season, I have no idea who is going to come out of either conference. And we always know, for the most part, who isn't going to make the playoffs in the NBA. I'm perfectly fine with knowing that and not knowing who will make the Finals. You couldn't even say that last season.

Math clearly isn't his strong point or else he would've known that if half the league is winning the other half has to be losing. Pointless stat to bring up.
