My dilemma is that I currently use logic pro, but not to the extent I want to. My engineer is offering to teach me pro tools for a relatively cheap price. Is it worth the switch? This dude's a professional engineer for some artists ya'll know

thoughts?

Also, I know there's the apple one-to-one but you need to buy a mac comp to buy those (it's dumb).

u makin beats or recording/mixing vocals?

i mean once u know a DAW u know all of them its just a matter of finding where everything is... but logic > pro tools anyday

I use both extensively, but tend to gravitate towards Pro Tools, personally speaking.  Why not master both?

Mainly beat making but can/will record vocals and have them mixed by my engineer.
