Putting shoes in a food air-sealed bag seems like a horrible idea; your shoes will probably crack in half once you unseal them.

Stops dust, dirt, moisture, the general air form hitting your shoes. Vacuum sealed away so you can't wear them to get them dirty and hold them "safe" till you're ready to open them. I don't see any other way to keep them clean and prema stop them from yellowing. The obvious factor, you won't be able to wear them

But by the time you're ready to wear them it'll probably crumble anyways like all shoes over time.

I know they put that on their IG, but where did they say it wouldn't be until the end of the month? It just says ,"Coming soon to nike.com/nikelab."

It's clearly not going to be today, so were you speculating based off that, or did they post somewhere it'd be the end of the month? 

it does seem reasonable to assume it'll be the end of the month though.

This morning I woke up to shipping confirmation of my black pair sz 11... Checked eBay for the going rate on these I rather keep them and turn heads not too many people in my area if any gonna have these so that's dope. Money comes and goes I've learned that from my losses at the casino within the past weeks but when I look at the purchases I make when I'm up its worth the while. Supreme 5s will be a nice addition to my rotation

Best and only way I know is to wear your shoes and clean them regularly. Moisture sets in during the break in period, which helps in the aging of the shoes. Keeping them in 3m bags is a bonus.

I do believe wearing your shoes also helps in the "yellowing" factor. The glue under the sole needs to break in as well as stretch - case in point, the brown-ish stains in a lot of DS XI's.
