I think if the Type II Diabetes rumor is true that's pretty sad that she's essentially promoting foods that have caused her to put her own life in danger.  Yeah, it's people's own decisions to eat that unhealthy junk but as a famous television show host, it's irresponsible of her especially considering that what she demonstrates affects millions of people.  This isn't some who just cooks but cooks stuff that's enticing but just not good for you.
