I say take the front raises out(you got two of them lol) we guys already overload the front delts too much from pressing movements. I say stay to heavy compound lifts like OHP, DB pressing, lateral raises and rear felt flys along with face pulls to keep that shoulder healthy. With all that you don't really need front raises bro.Shoulders today

Incline DB press
Hammer curls
Rear delt flys
Machine Iso lateral raises
Front plate raises
Finished off with some plyometric push-ups and some med ball tosses
I'm starting to lose a bit of strength. Lost 5-10 lbs of water weight from this cut/ not taking creatine
