I only see them at the Somalian owned gas stations but yeah. You can get them frozen too.

What about drinking it with my post workout protein which i add water, that's what i do 8o
read that link posted on the previous page.

Cliffnote
take with anything because faster absorption means nothing to this supplement since it takes 2-3 weeks to even fully saturate in your system

Thoughts on coconut milk?

And I'm so glad I stopped wasting money on preworkouts supps

Been really enjoying the vega proteins, they're expensive though..

I take the "all in one" shake in the morning with like 4-8 oz of unsweetened coconut milk and one of these:

Or

Then after workouts I take the "performance protein" with unsweetened vanilla almond milk or this coconut almond milk:

My WO NT brethren, not to discredit anybody in here because we all want accurate information and not bro science. :lol

I take whatever on YouTube with a grain of salt. Hence why I asked for links and sources. Although some don't believe in creditinals and some don't believe in experience, I am one that believe in paperwork when it comes to science. Sometimes even then that can be wrong, too.

All of our bodies are different and will react to supplements differently. I am firm believer of that, however facts are facts when it comes to certain things.

With that said, didn't we have a doctor/pharmacist in this thread?

I got questions, or I'll ask my professor and/or cousins that are deep in the science profession.

I remember like 5-6 years ago when I was working out fousey was in here and he was pretty ripped and had some size. Kinda crazy to see him blow up like he did on YouTube 8o

Might have to cop some wrist wraps, always feel pain in my wrists after multiple sets of 100+ lb DB's.

I don't do any kind of serious lifting without my wrist wraps. I was delayed with my workout today cuz I spent half an hr at home looking for them lol

No humble brag, I just got small *** wrists and hands compared to the rest of my body.

Boss easily throwing around my max as working sets anyway, still got a long way to go.
I will donate a new pair to you if you'd like my friend.

The most Ive ever done is the 150s for 5, had my feet up too

:hat :hat :hat

Would love that my man, I'll pay for shipping if it's too much.

You like to focus on more barbell or DB work? I feel like with your bench you could probably get even more than 150x5.

Short legs only a problem until it's time to squat, cheat codes.

Who uses wrist wraps?

What's the benefits of lifting with wrist wraps?
I have small wrists and used to get wrist pain. But with some wraps and using my legs to get the DBs up, it's much better. Definately gives some stabilization. I only use them on shoulder/arm days since I do heavy shoulder presses. Though I want to start using them for chest
