I've maintained 185 for 3 months or so. Haven't lost anything but damn I look small now.
Recomp is real. I feel like bulking again but I'll be in class for a month and not in the kitchen so that will be a pain. Maybe I'll just bring like 6 pb&j sandwiches.

I like it because it's been progressing to the point where it's close to the aesthetic shape of old school bodybuilding. Frank Zane has the best physique I've ever seen personally and it's hard to believe that today he'd probably be competing in physique. I get turned off by what's acceptable these days. Enormous gh guts like its no thing and lines have been replaced by mass.I watch the females but not the males too much. A good majority of them look the same or should boderline be in body building.

for all the powerlifters, quick question. Do yall do isolation exercises? like preach curls, tricep pushdown, etc?
Like i know powerlifters use a lot of their lats when bench pressing so would yall do like lat pulldowns (i know thats not an isolation but still lol)
