Dealing with this right now. I enjoy being "cut" way more, but I need to get stronger. Told myself a couple months ago I really needed to up my food intake, and it's been such a ***** seeing my abs slightly fade away, but the lifts keep going up.
BULL!
Problem is a lot of guys in here want to get stronger but cut at the same time and that's gonna make life A LOT harder.
Get on 5x5 and eat your face off and you will get stronger.
Seems like from here on out, i'll be on that winter bulking and summer cutting bandwagon.
