I got some samples of stimaholic... The sweats and feelings of death were real lol
On another note, I don't even feel anything from two scoops of C4 anymore. SMH

Anyone use those bluetooth LG Tones or any other bluetooth headphones in the gym...
I'm looking to cut the cord...
You ever try on those 541s? I couldn't find any in store near me so I just ordered 2 pairs last night from Macys'. They have 20% off plus free shipping right now so I got them for $105 shipped. If I I don't like the fit I can just return them in store.

Power through it, lower the weights if you have to. Point is, just do it, youll feel mentally better toughing out a workout.
1800 at 177 lbs seems severally low.
Chalk it up to a bad day and continue the routine.Had a terrible workout yesterday after a little bit of beer ponging the night before. Had to stop after doing half the sets of squats at a lighter load and half the sets of lunges. Do you guys typically try again the next day or just chalk it up as a loss and continue the normal routine?
Repped appreciate the insight man. I didn't know what it was but it was progressively getting better last week little by little so i was like maybe il be ok. I played a soccer game saturday and basically "all out sprinted" 1 time and i was in pain. I was like this can't be good. I hate doctors and never go but i kinda just wanted to know. It was a non contact injury from my soccer game this past sunday. I don't even remember when it happened i just know around the second half it was hurting then monday i couldn't even bend my foot without pain.^
Broke my foot earlier this year, I woudnt try any kind of running or sports. Thats gonna be worse for your fracture than DL or squatting. My foot is still broken 7 months later (low blood flow for a Jones fracture) but doc said I can squat or DL, just no running or basketball. I have a bone stimulator now to help aid recovery.
chips and salsa/guac is my achilles heal..are there any "healthy" tortilla chip alternatives? If there is, my body fat will drop at least 5%
