I remember when Plo Koon had a yellow light saber :hat

They need to throw the Dark Saber in the new Trilogy somewhere.

I remember when people flipped their **** when you could have one in those starkiller games saying light can't be black blah blah, but the swords are actually plasma blades so it kinda can happen(so days some random scientist anyway )

This is the best sabre in all of Star Wars

The trail it leaves behind and sound too >>>>>

I was actually trying to find a soundbite for my e-mail notifications. A lightsaber is a bit too nerdy to be going off in work but that dark saber :Nthat

I cant wait to get to that dark saber. The fights and sounds i saw on youtube just now were quite enjoyable

Just saw this on Twitter:

“@ActorTrivia: Star Wars: Alec Guiness insisted his character Obi-Wan be killed so he "wouldn't have to carry on saying these rubbish lines."”

It's been known that Alec Guiness didn't like the writing or the movie when he first filmed it.

Also, Harrison Ford wasn't even supposed to be back after ESB because he wasn't under contract for it, which is why it ended the way it did. They planned on not having him for the final film. He had to be convinced by someone, I forgot who, to come back. He's also always wanted Han Solo to get killed off in a heroic way, so I think we will die in one of these new movies.

Yeah, Guiness always hated it. I always find it weird why he even took the role - everyone else was basically unknown and Lucas wasn't the name he is now.

It is funny how it made Guiness super-rich even though he hated it though. His deal was 2% of the gross for all 3 films - so every re-release his family gets a bunch of money.

I'd be surprised if Han makes it out of Force Awakens. The OT and PT both started off by killing a mentor type character and I think its gonna be the same situation here.

Finished Episode II last night as part of my Machete Order viewing.

I really enjoyed the Obi-Wan/Anakin banter in the early parts of the movie and Obi-Wans investigation was fun for the most part.

Nothing else really needs to be said about Anakin/Padme. I guess John William's Across the Stars theme was pretty good...:lol

What I really didnt enjoy this time around was the Battle of Geonosis. It was so bad...

-GL thought it was a good idea to hire friends and family and bums off the streets to play all the random Jedi? The way some of those people were clumsily swinging their lightsabers around was just comical...worse than any fanfilm. :{

-I really wasn't trying to see half the Jedi strike team get mowed down by droids either :\

-Obi-Wan/Anakin vs. Dooku was horse****. Yoda part was fun, but it lasted all of 20 seconds.

Whole thing was just

To think some of the dudes from Nsync actually filmed a scene as Jedi's.

Thank god it wasn't included in the film.

Some sad news for STAR WARS fans, as EW is reporting that 'CHRONICLE' & 'FANTASTIC FOUR' director Josh Trank has parted ways with Disney and will not be directing a Star Wars standalone film as announced last June. The separation appears amicable with no "creative differences" cited. Trank's absense at the "STAR WARS CELEBRATION" and lack of movement on the potential project fueled speculation that there was trouble in paradise, but both Trank and Disney cited illness as the reason for Trank's not attending.

LucasFilm's statement can be viewed down below:

"After a year of having the incredible honor of developing with the wonderful and talented people at Lucasfilm, I’m making a personal decision to move forward on a different path. I’ve put a tremendous amount of thought into this, and I know deep down in my heart that I want to pursue some original creative opportunities. That said, the Star Wars universe has always been one of my biggest influences, and I couldn’t be more excited to witness its future alongside my millions of fellow Star Wars fans. I want to thank my friends Kathleen Kennedy, Kiri Hart, Simon Kinberg, and everyone at Lucasfilm and Disney for the amazing opportunity to have been a part of this. May the Force be with you all.”

NOOOOOO!!!! I like Trank and am still one of the few believers in the new F4 movie lol

It had been rumored for a while now he was out so it's not surprising.
