Add onion powder and black pepper...many wins. I use it mostly on chicken. For steak...put some Montreal seasoning on it.

I've never messed with marinades/rubs/spice combos on a hotdog, but what I have done is throw a slice of broken up American Cheese and let it melt over. Hotdogs can get boring, so I too wouldn't mind some ways to change it up.Originally Posted by chickencurry4eva
