Yes. Laws were broken which placed the driver of the RR in dangerous and extenuating circumstances so he accidentally hit a biker or two that was swarming around him. You really gonna tell me the RR driver purposefully hit a biker with his family in the car? If they weren't breaking the law in the first place and sharing the road they probably would not have gotten hit. NOW, the bikers, THEY did purposefully hit the RR with malicious intentions thus endangering the well being of that mans wife and child.
SO YES THAT"S WHERE THE PROBLEM REALLY STARTED!!!

its an edited video, unless they come out with a vid of the WHOLE ride, what the judge is going to go off of is that vid, past vids, and driving records (which arent in favor of the bikers)

just like a biker chick said that the RR wife unbuckle, jumped to the drivers side went half way out the window and smacked a motorcycle dude. This act cause the dude to fall and all they tried to do then was stop the bike but the driver didn't stop and ran over everyone .....
She has proof but wont turn it in because she doesnt want to be incriminated (admitting wrong doing), but that's what happen according to her ..

Why is there zero video of this incident when there is video of the rest of the ride ?
Why did no riders report the hit and run to the police ?
Why did the RR contact the police to report the riders PRIOR to being stopped ?
Why did the RR choose to stop when he clipped the guy on the white bike ?
