No yellowing means they're most likely grey market but if you want em I say do you man.

In the after market they tend to go for around that price or higher I've seen some grey market pairs go above 350 etc. I think the good grey market pairs can be purchased for near retail on taobao and etc.

seems legit, grey markets due to no yellowing on sole. $300~ ish tends to be the price for grey markets.. if you really want em then go for it
