hell yeah, my true blue 3s 2001..... $75 bucks. But back then, they were bringing the retros back for the og price.ahhh 95 bred 11s were 125 and went on sale for 99
Ok, I was wrong about the pricing for those years. Though you see that the price didn't increase every year, that's the point I'm trying to make.Jordans weren't 160 in 2004-2007/8 though. Retros were 125-135 from what I remember, then bumped to 140-150. Then to 160 2009/10 to recent years. I was collecting back then and buying for retail. 7's in particular detailed for $135 in 2007. Tour yellow 4s retailed at $125 in 2006

No my friend pay attention to the line that's labeled as "Air Jordans", you would see that the price stays constant from the years 2005 to 2010. That price would be $160 between those years. From 2011 to 2014 the price of retros would be $170. You know the prices between 2015 to present. What I'm trying to say is that the price doesn't increase every year.

@AirSakuragi quit dropping knowledge you dont have about shoes you dont buy.
I understand that but some people believe that the price is going to raise every year. They may not have increased every single year but there was a price increase but they increased often enough to feel like.
125 to 130 to 135 to 140 to 150 to 160 to 190.
7 price increases more or less in 10-11 years.

Yes but that only for the Nike Air Retros, the other releases are $190. I highly doubt they're going to increase the price anymore than that.I mean we've already hit 220 right?

They actually do, they can out price the customers if they continue with the price increases.I don't doubt it at all. They've got no reason to stop at 190.

Nice to see you bro, it's been a while. How are things going with you and the family and shoe related?
I understand and you're right about the 11s but there is only so much they can do with them that will promote a price increase. Though on the other hand hardcore fans and uneducated fans will still buy regardless so I indeed understand what you're saying.Yeah but you don't decide what that tipping point is. Jordans were damn near $100 more a few years ago than when I first started collecting and they were more popular than ever. Am I saying they're going to hit $300? Probably not. But is it going to stop at $190? Absolutely. Especially when 11s and shoes that get the NA treatment already are 200+. Everytime they increase the price of 11s and they sell out it gives Nike a little bit more room to up its prices.
Please. Every year the 11 has seen a bump in price from $5, $10 and now $20. Don't be shocked to see this year 11 be $235-250 regardless of the model.

It wouldn't surprise me if they increased again but I think they shouldn't imo
Pretty sure they jumped to $185 with the black and reds in 2012.
