You sure it was Pizza Hut and not some local chain? Because if he was trying to imprint or copy your CC, he was stealing it. Pizza Hut charges your CC either over the phone, or on the website. And they have you just write down how much you want to tip on the receipt.
And don't worry about not tipping him, it's his job plus they get a regular wage and not the with tips minimum wage, if you even feel like that is any of your concert to atone for his decision with regards to that anyways.

this is funny cause we had an encounter with pizza as well lol...
my girl really wanted wings so i order them but i order as well for the kids so the driver comes here and im like yo where my wings at he like you didnt order any im like that some bs i didnt want to take it all out on the driver so im like ill be seeing u in a bit im callin these birtchs up !!!!
so i call them up and it was there mess up so we get the wings on the dime so me and my girl go out to spark up and like 2 min later same driver rolls up im like awwww %%@$ i know he can smell that shiit
