No. The XX had an Air pod over the Heel IPS unit...and IPS (Phylon) in the other 9 per shoe.

There is a small Nike Air unit in the heel of the XX - the same unit used in the XX1 and XX2 - small ones. So yes, it is an Air Jordan.
