Sole separation

Unsure if right forum or not and I know it’s been discussed in some extent (so please direct me or move post if needed) but anyone have insight on repairing sole separation? My lebrons from 2005 got me today. I will hit YouTube in a few but looking for any guidance on self repairing/glues to use/specific videos/places that can help. Appreciate any help NT fam.
