Headed to SoCal with my wife Jan. 1st and wanted to know which AYCE Korean BBQ we should try? We fly into LAX and our hotel is in Anaheim...So driving isn't going to be an issue. 

Also, has anyone tried Bruxie, Milk, or Pokenometry?

Depends how much you are trying to spend for the AYCE. Personally I see little to no difference between the $50 and the $15 spots. Also where are you from? I don't want to send you somewhere you're going to be scared at lol

Milk is good, nothing great IMO:
