Who will be more productive under the influence

A drunk person or a high person? Both are have about the same level of intoxication...... but with their respective effects on the mind

who will be able to write a paper better, work better... etc.

I think a person who is high might work 5x better than a drunk person, maybe make more sense

A high person will function more properly. Just gotta get em some munchies or they'll have a fit. A drunk person will rather find something else to dothat's fun where as the pot smoker can focus in a creative state the subject he is writing about.
