Even though these pale in comparison to the 2015s, these are far better than the UNC Reimagineds and esp. those terrible Black Toe Reimagineds.

Went ahead and got these done from JD w/ the discount... just didn't want to pay retail and be able to return if not feeling my specific pair with zero effort. Mission accomplished.

Went out to Champs today to see if they had a pair on display and they did.
I can now say with absolute certainty that the leather on the 2015s is infinitely better and it’s not close.
Doesn’t mean the 2025s aren’t a good shoe worth having, but any shoetuber saying the materials aren’t that far apart are flat wrong.

I really don’t think they are that far apart. The black leather on the 2015 was certainly nothing to write home about.

Really? I had the 2015's, dont have the 2025's but they are in my store and the side panel leather is very similar to me. The main difference to me is the swoosh size and the toe box but that's because the 1's went through a silent mold change a few years ago.

I certainly went on and on about it before they even released.
But after doing the touch test on both pairs, I feel very confident in my assessment.

Good point about the black leather..you’re not wrong.
I felt the biggest difference on the toe box, heel and side panels.
