Looks like MJ is wearing the 2s on the shattered backboard shirt. Nike always messes up little details like that. Goofy.

This is EXACTLY why I didn't bother with any of the tees/hoodies with that design. Crazy they didn't fix that.

Yeah these gonna be available for discount. I have a reservation at FTL and Champs. I’m probably only gonna pick up one pair and use a $20 FTL gc then wait to double up on discount.

Cave stone 4s and black tongue 5s are coming soon too. Jordan tryna make folks go overboard on the spending and we gotta be wise with our money

Nike/JB are chasing that 2020-2021 high when everything, include absolutely garbage AJ1 Mids and GR Dunks, would all sellout in an instant.

Those stimulus checks really fueled their money printer at that time and they’re desperately trying to get back to that era lol

I won a pair at my local FTL and champs I think ima hold back and just let them go. I wanted these back in the original release but went for the Chicago 15’s at the time m; same leather.

I’m focused more on OG colorway this time around. Black tongues V’s and taxis are next on my list. Big ups to whoever copped!

copped my pair at snipes... I couldnt tell you the last time I copped a pair in person lol... they had two pairs luckily so I was able to get the better of the two... the first pair had a scuff on the midsole... but the quality on these is nice... prally going to wear these like tomorrow

It's actually probably a combination of low hype and the economic situation right now.

People are struggling just to put food on the table so spending hundreds on kicks isn’t possible for everyone. Gas and food prices are high then you factor in tariffs and inflation and I expect more releases like this.

The economy was far worse in 2008 and Nike/JB still managed to make profits on retro releases tbh.

I think they are going to continue to taper releases to do less volume sales.

If nothing else, they know old heads (like a lot of NTers lol) will keep giving them business by continuously buying retros.

No, the shape is fine and it’s the same shape as all the rest of the Jordan 1’s that has released to include the L&F’s. Please don’t let the YT’s and etc convince you something is wrong with the 2025 SBB. I sold mine and from memory these are just as good. I prefer this shape and build over the first SBB
