Yup!DHL trying to charge $58 extra in duties to deliver my SBB today.![]()
Already paid $205 for the shoe; not spending more. They can ship back and I will wait.
I order from overseas sneakers/clothing sites a lot & never got a duty invoice before until now.
Nonsense usually isn’t involved. EU always ships smoothly for me and what you pay at checkout is usually the final cost. Never received a DHL bill in all my years of ordering from Europe. Not sure why anyone would risk dealing with that nonsense when they're dropping state side in 10 days.

It seems like it’s for recent orders as they started rolling out the duties not too long ago. If you bought from an online retailer, they will explicitly say whether or not those fees are included at checkout. Otherwise, expect to pay them soon after your order is delivered by the shipping company.Nonsense usually isn’t involved. You’re right, but it’s only a matter of time before this changes I’d think. They had no issues covering the fees back when it was zero![]()
shop with end! end of story. surprise people dont read shipping info before buying overseas lol
Hahaha
Yea … they will be going back to sender
Damn maybe I’ll just bite the bullet then and pay with a lesson learnedDon’t quote me, but you won’t even be able to avoid it even if returned. Because carriers will be charging you.

I didn’t want to risk losing money or additional headaches so I just paid the money and learned a dutiful lesson. I just got them. They nice in hand. Pics to come.Yahthj5000 I was gonna say that but wasn't sure either.. seems like since they most likely already paid the government the fee they would just send you bill in the mail of you dont pay it and you won't have the shoes anymore either.. id call DHL and see what they say about it before sending the order back.
