Edit: I assume this is the extra home game the Seahawks get due to the 17-game schedule? They had the AFC West rotation two years ago. I guess they try to keep those games regional.

Hawks finished 3rd in NFC West and Broncos finished 3rd in AFC West last season so this is why they are matched up this year.
