SEATTLE SEAHAWKS THREAD

Huge props to AZ. They made the Hawks offense look terrible. Key penalties didn't help either as the Hawks kept handing out free 15yds like business cards.

I don't see how Michael doesn't get serious consideration for KR's this week. Turbin is done for, and while Baldwin and Kearse are okay back there, we're one injury away from rolling out either Kevin Walters or Channel 83 into the starting lineup.

Turbin has to be done. It would be one thing if was a good runner, but he has no explosiveness.

This is the first game I felt like we really needed Harvin.

I wonder if Harvin is a go for next week. Pete said he can play he just get sore afterwards. 8o

Tough game guys props to the Cards they played great on D made that offense look so sorry. So the Cards need the Niners to choke tomorrow night for them to have a shot at the Playoffs right?

I was under the impression San Francisco couldn't clinch until next week. But according to the NFL thread, that's not the case

Russell refusing to run when he has wide open field gets frustrating also. Atleast we can count on him to adjust though unlike Simple Jack calling the plays

^ I know what you mean, on 3rd & 1 Russ had maybe 5-10 yards ahead of him but instead he tries to send a laser to Doug who's running full speed out of bounds

. At that point you have to take what you can get.

Doubtful Percy is a go next week just based off what I've been hearing, who knows what they're saying re: playoffs.

I'm still SMH @ Malcolm Smith not getting into the end zone on that pick..DVR shows he was a Michael Bennett block away but what does he do? Turns around and waits for Smith to run right into him at the 3 yard line.

Tough loss today, but it was going to happen at some point. Better now than in the playoffs. I'm just suprised how it went down.

What I am worried about is the running attack. Lynch looks indecisive and the line looks like it can't pick up a blitz to save its life. Wilson is a completely different qb when he has to stay in the pocket. Bevell needs to start designing more quick developing plays. Wilson cannot hold onto the ball for 4-5 seconds against the rams and hope for a play to develop, it's not going to happen.

Here's to next week. We need Harvin out there to keep the rams D honest and hopefully Wilson will have a bounce back game. Go Hawks!

I 100% agree with you on the quick plays. It seems like everything takes way too long to develop.

Jeff Fisher knows how to coach against this offense better than anyone. Next week is going to be a dog fight. I didn't want it to come down to that, because STL scares me way more than AZ did. And they have nothing to lose, obviously.

For some reason, to me, the game looked fix. They didnt even look mad when they confirmed the last interception. Just my opinion though.

Someone needs to find out what is keeping Christine Michael off the field. He is a player that could be impacting the game if he had been worked into the offense earlier in the season. Everything that Cardinals running back Andre Ellington brings to the game are things Michael could bring to the Seahawks. Carroll has made a career of putting players in position to succeed by playing to their strengths. Even if Michael is a liability in pass protection, he provides things that nobody else on this team does. This coaching staff should have found a way to use him by now, and I remain convinced a valuable offensive weapon is sitting on the shelf while the offense struggles.
