Chris Rix will never forget what you did to him...

Definitely the best safety I've ever seen in college. RIP.

One of the most gifted athletes to step on the field. To be that big and to be that agile and capable in coverage is just unheard of. Once he actually learnedthe game of football better he would have been even more of a force.

He WAS my favorite player and pretty much defined what Miami was producing in the early 2000's freaks.

But in addition to that he was fun to watch. I never got as much enjoyment watching a saftey play football as I did with watching him. Every single time hemade a one on one tackle with a player you didnt have to see his number you knew it was him the way the other player just suddenly stopped moving forward likethey had just ran into a brick wall. I can remember countless times watching a tackle and saying I bet Sean made it and low and be hold number 36 or 21 wasgetting up off of dude. He was just the definition of a play maker always around the ball even if he did get beat he was still there and i just dont think iwill ever get as hyped for a ******** game as I did before yesterday afternoon.

On another note I want to comment the coverage or lack their of of this issue on the sports channels I havent heard many mentions of his criminal past andmostly have heard about his daughter and his prowess on the field and his attempts to clean up his life. For once the media shows some class and lets the manride off into the sunset in peace. But that original article from yesterday was just

As much as I dislike the ********, this is still shocking to me. The man was a freak athletically and had so much potential. RIP. My heart goes out this hisfamily, friends, and the ********/The U community.

damn this is all I've been thinking about all day, i just cant get it off my mind. even as a Cowboys fan this has hit me really hard.I feel so much for Seans family right now, he was such a joy to watch and he was becoming a great person too. he just seemed almost super-human... untouchable.to lose him like this is just a testament to how fragile life is. RIP Sean

I just made this a few minutes ago (scaled down version). I realize it's not the best, but i like it considering my limited editing experience. anybodyelse got any backgrounds they made?

I am a big Florida State and Dallas Cowboys fan, but did i love this guy.

He is my favorite defensive player in the league along with Ed. He plays my position and he was so electric to watch. This is a terrible thing to happen.

I really thought he was going to be ok when they said he was responding to doctors.
