yeah i have vinyl and will still buy wax, gotta stick with the roots, microwave DJing is a no no. Recording straight from vinyl has excellent quality sound compared to looking around for mp3s on the net.
Good @#%$ yeah nothing beats the feel of vinyl or the sound of it. Im all for keeping up with the times but I been going to local spots and hearing people play breaks of records you know damn well they aint got. Thats super frontin. I can see using Serato for playing the new club @#%$ and bubble gum here today gone tomorrow music but all the other older @#%$ peeps should have vinyl. To each is own I guess but I just hate the dj's frontin with there new collection of @#%$ they ripped off the internet after they read people playlists from the dope mix cd's that are out its just plain gay.
Oh yeah and better get to the Armory quick theres still alot of good @#%$ availableon clearance. Vinyl wise I seen some Showbiz and AG albums, Dilla albums, Ghosface More Fish albums, Big L unreleased stuff and more and there all half off dont sleep....
peace
