looking at the conditions, i'd say its fair if you really wanted the foams.

i might be a little biased though...

you are getting two pairs of shoes, if you really want those 3's i'd do it.

i wouldnt trade my foams for a beat pair of bc 3's and a worn pair of 3's though. those foams will last forever.

The only thing wrong with the foams is yellowing , but idk its a hard choice lol
