Could get them for ~$70 + tax if you go through Discover portal,  use Summersteal coupon code, and call in to have them add WC reward (I just did that, and it works.  They will refund the $20 once the shoes ship)

If you forgot to use the code then just call customer service and ask them to apply the code to your order. They will do it and you will get a refund AFTER the shoes are shipped.

No, probably two separate orders.

 i checked with my supervisor and that item is excluded from coupon use. Also, the coupon code is showing as not valid.

Ask to speak with a manager if they tell you this.

Then they couldn't meet $200 for 20% off if they did 2 orders of 1 pair each. I bought mine with 15% off, WC Reward, and 15% discover and thats about $74.

$125 - 18.75 (summersteal) = $106.25 - $15.94 (Discover) = $90.31 - $20 (wc reward) = $70.31.

I agree with @kbtwofour  . Call back, I'm sure you'll get a different rep and will be more than happy to apply the code/ I told them the code works online and that there is no reason why they should be denying the discount when it clearly works online.

To be honest, I think they are worth what you pay. 

I was able to get one on discount with FNL ,but paid full price with NDC.
